Hi Surendra,

Looking at the screenshot and your "Back end" statement in the question then I do not follow the "internet" proxy setting in the destination.

https://help.hana.ondemand.com/help/frameset.htm?b068356dd7c34cf7ad6b6023deeb317d.html

Supported Proxy Types for Connectivity

The proxy types supported by SAP HANA Cloud connectivity service are:

  • Internet - The application can connect to an external REST or SOAP service on the Internet.
  • OnPremise - The application can connect to an on-premise back-end system through the cloud connector.

You mask out the url but is an https connection. So I guess it may be an address accessible over the internet and no certificate exchange has taken place that could generate the error you are getting.

Regards

Robert

Hello Sairam,

In the Cloud Connector add the System as below.

Click on the connect as shown Below then the check result should be Reachable as shown above

Then open the Cloud Plat form destination and test the connection: if the cloud connector is not connected then we will get the below error.

If the Cloud connector is reachable then connection is successful as shown below.

These may help you

Regards,

Surendra.
