Disabling SAVE button in PZ11_PDF payslip

Hi All

I want to disable the SAVE button from the toolbar in PZ11_PDF;payslip report.

is there any parameter which can be set in SICF-> ITS ->

Please see note 1010519, the ~webgui_simple_toolbar might be what you're looking for if the PZ11_PDF is a webgui transaction.

Thank you for the response. the note which you mentioned will hide SAP menu but not the toolbar of the report, i need to hide/disable the SAVE button which is next to print button of the report's toolbar.

Hello Chaitanya,

I see now what you're referring to. The PZ11_PDF on the ITS is using the Adobe Reader to display the remuneration statement. The Save button you are referring to is actually the save and print buttons from the Adobe Reader. You can hide these by right clicking on this toolbar and unchecking the "file"...this unfortunately also hides the Print button. You should ask Adobe if there is a way to hide just the "save' button.
