Hi there,
You have a good receipt for some items (items with batches definition on every transaction).
When you press create, a new form appears for batches definition. When you finish creating batches, press update button (Question N°1: Can I capture these fields values using SP_Transaction Notification for batch definition?) and go back to good receipt form (The button CREATE still appears in good receipt form).
Question N° 2: In which tables are the batches definition located for that good receipt before create the goods receipt?
Thanks and regards,
Fernando.
The SBO_TransactionnNotification does not trigger till the GRPO is added. the Batch screen values are stored in a internal temp table which you might not have access.
The Batch number tables are OIBT and IBT1

HI Fernando
As Suda said, this will not be possible in standard SAP Business One. SDK would be the best alternative.

Hi Fernando
What do you want to achieve in terms of "capturing" the batch information. Do you have a specific requirement that cannot be dealt with in SAP Business One? If so, I think the answer would be to try a query and Formatted search on the batches screen, but I need your response to the aforementioned to ascertain this.
Kind regards

Hi Peter,
Thank you for your reply. I have some items with batch definition with an unit of measure x. When I fill the GRPO form I don't know the quantity of those items in the unit of measure x because that quantity is obtained by a formula (I fill the quantity field with a great value like 1000000).
In the batch definition form I fill three fields and then I get the total in unit of measure x by the formula (with a query and formatted search). I can have many batches for an item, then I need the item total quantity in unit of measure x for many batches.
When SBO returns to GRPO form I want to get the item total quantity for many batches in unit of measure x and I want to replace the original great value (1000000) with the calculated value. I think that formatted search is the solution, but I don't know how to read the batch definition in GRPO form from Batch definition form.
Good ideas are welcome.
Thanks and regards,
Fernando.
Fernando,
I exactly understand what you are looking to do and as I said the values in the batch window are not accesible in the GRPO window. Not even through formatted searches.
The 2 options are
1. Write the values in the Batch screen to a temp table in SQL Server and fetch the values from there on the GRPO screen
2. Write some SDK Code to achieve this
