Retrieving data from a SOAP Response

Hi All,

I have a Scenario here where a SOAP URL is called from a soap lookup which triggers another interface which will execute and I should get the response code as a SOAP response by getting the response code details from the header details.

Please provide any ideas or inputs regarding this.
