Can we increase attachment file size limit of C4C in emailing from tickets?

Hi experts

We have a client who needs inbound and outbound email with attachments. I've read here in SCN that the current file size limit is 10mb (2mb for the email content, 8mb for the attachment). Is there any way to increase this?

I would totally support this idea, since these days often videos are attached that describe certain problems. However I think this is something for the SAP Idea Place "https://ideas.sap.com/". If you create that Idea please post the link in here so we can push your idea with votes.
