Broadcasting to the portal

Hi all,

I have BI 7 and portal setup. I have created queries which I am broadcasting to the portal as xml files and printing to the printer. these get triggered through the process chain trigger event.

question 1 - is there a way to control the queue in rsrd_admin to say which scheduled job should be first??

question 2 - Is there a way to have the trigger event only schedule selected queries on the multiprovider.

the number of jobs that run are 152 per night. 76 go to the portal as xml files and 70 get printed, to cut the load process,

the multichannel broadcast should be able to send to the printer and to the portal. at present the selection of the distribution type is based on the output format type e.g. pcl output format type only has send to printer. I believe it should be the other way around, select the distribution type then get the output formats available, at present we are having to broadcast the same query with selections twice, one to the printer the other to the portal.

please help.
