We have an offline approval process where our SC approvers receive approval emails in their Outlook and they approve/reject the SC from there.
We have a situation where one approver receives the email without the approve/reject links whereas another approver with the same profile/role/setup (that we know of) has the approve/reject links. The SC requester is not the same as the approver so I don't know why one has the buttons and the other one doesn't.
Does anyone know if this is user-setting specific that could cause the problem? We're on SRM4.0.
