Hi together,
within an IP Query we use are using Row Structures to restrict - for example - Item and Partner information.
Row definition would therefore like like the following:
Row 1: Partner A, Item 1000
Row 2: Partner B, Item 2000
When using the Row Selection (single command) of the analysis item, is it possible to derive the Partner and/or Item information out from the selected row in order to process this information for data provider binding via web item selection?
We know these feature works when not using a row structure but simple having infoobject Partner and Item in the rows of the query definition but haven´t figured out how to make this work when using a row structure.
Thanks for any help.
Best Regards
Gernot
Hello Gernot!
Did you find a solution for using row selection in combination with a structure in the query?
I face a similar situation and one solution I found so far is to use an dropdown-box to make the selection although I would prefer using the row selection-feature as it is more convenient and obvious to the user.
