    Srikanth,

What basic checks have you performed please?

Can you 'saplicense -show' or 'saplicense -get' - what are the results here please?

Is the database running - please post the results of trans.log when you run "R3trans -d -x" if the return code is not 0000.

Also, please review the R3SETUP dialog for the log file name that recorded the details in your installation directory (/tmp/sapinst_instdir/....) Drill down to the ABAP level and run ls -altr to find the most recently written files.

The answer is there if you look for it.

    Cheers,

    Tim

    Hello,

Could you please post a little bit more from the log file?

It happens that sapinst fails in this step because of a java class not found.

Could you check if you see that in the log?

    Best regards,

    Olivier
