HTTP Adapter to send a file to target

Can we use ...Receiver HTTP/SOAP 1.1 {Transport Protocal/Message Protocol} in ID,while defining the communication channel to receive(put) a file on the Target system in XI

    hi sunil,

    the propertis you mentioned are applicable for SOAP adapter

    Hello Sunil,

    The SOAP adapter cannot write files. You have to use a different adapter or you can loop back using the localhost-URL as target URL in the SOAP adapter and add a scenario which receives this SOAP message and writes it to the file system using the file adapter. However, I suggest you to use a file adapter instead of the SOAP adapter if you want file output.
