Hi Sunil,

LLM is opposite of sub-contracting.

As a company, we act as vendor for the manufacturing of the goods for other company. We get raw material and process and accordingly manufacture the product and send it back. We get our commission to manufacture the material. SD doesnt play any role in LLM maufacturing.

Hi,

In loan licensing agreements,

Suppose,u manufactured the product and send it back to ABC company..u will get a commission from ABC..This will be configured in SAP by Agent Commission..u will be treated as an agent.ABC will send the goods to endcustomers.that pricing and billing is normal as SAP standard processes..

Hi Ramesh,

I meant that for LLM scenario SD do not need to do any changes in their sales process. Definitly the material is sent back to the customer thru sales route only.
