FI BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_POST

We are in version ECC 6.05 and we are implementing Support Packages 05 ~ 15. After Support Package implementation, we found an error in BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_POST and BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_CHECK Error message: FF 818 ("Line-by-line taxes active and therefore line-by-line transfer mandatory"), We already checked the Oss Note FAQ item -> 2011553 - FAQ: Error FF 817 or FF 818 with postings via BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_POST and , but we couldn't understand clearly why SAP is checking the field ITEMNO_TAX.

Questions:

1- How the field ITEMNO_TAX is used for Brazil in BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_POST ?i.e., what is the logic of this field? what this field will affect?

2- Could you give us an example for Brazil in case of implementation of BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_POST and field ITEMNO_TAX ?
