webide on SAP HANA

Hi,

is webide available as a desktop version for SAP HANA . i saw some sapteched ppt where its says that .any further documentation on that ?

also in SAPUI5 tools there is personal edition.but the license says that for productive usage the customer should have HCP account.

but in SAP webide for SAP HANA there is no need of any licence.

does anybody has pointer how to get this SAP webide for SAP HANA.
