Dear friends,
i am installing solution manager on AIX with oracle database.
when installation reach updating database statistics step, it gives me following
error.

DIAGNOSIS: Command brconnect -u / -c -f crsyn -o SAPSSM returned 3,
which is not a success code. SOLUTION: See brconnect.log for details.
brconnect.log contents are as follow.

Hello,
ORA-12705 indicates a possible problem with NLS paramter variables.
Please check that ORA_NLS / ORA_NLS32 / ORA_NLS33 are set properly.
Check that the directory they point to is correct and that the directory
is accessible. Check also note 393620 and 592657.
