Hi,

Is there any option to have time stamps on the notes captured on an Opportunity / Quote / Order ..

especially in serviceticket.

the requirement is to tag the notes entered in ST with TIMESTAMP.

Hi sree

if i understand your querie correctly this can be resolved by using a log text id in your texts

This will record all the text maintauined with timestamps when ever the ticket's text (notes) was changed and saved.

ie please include the log text id into your listy of textId's(for eg notes)

this should resolve your querie

Hi shankar,

Thank u for the response.But I did not get the timestamp for the log text id.

I am able to get user time but I want the UTC time instead of user time there .

Can u help regarding this.
