Hi Gurus,
I want to restrict users to create PO for particular storage areas. I mean that preventing them from creating POs for some storage areas. I know that there is an object called M_best_lgo for it. but, even though I added it , system doesn't control.
Any helps will be rewarded...
Thx
dear pascal,
go to transaction:su01
there you put "user id" for which you want to control.
in this there are various roles assigned to the user from which he performs activity.
so in authorisation tab go into the last tab and go inside.here you will het all list of roles assigned to him.
just check for storage location which activity it is assigned.
i am sure that there are series assigned like 01 means create,02 means change,03 means display& * means all.so here you willremove everything and can control it.
regards

Hi Sapians,
In standart ME21N, there is no object control for M_BEST_LGO. So, we solved the problem by adding M_BEST_LGO object to the code manually.
Thnx

thx for your answers guys,
but the problem still stands. I have already done the correct storage and activity assignments for the authorization object M_BEST_LGO, but system just ignores my athorization values. Is there any extra customization for storage locations I missed.
Any comments,recommends will be appreciated...

HI,
Go to SU03 / SU22 and find by tcode the correct object for blocking the authorisation.
Ask the basis people to do it.
