odata v4 queries

Hi Experts,

I am a gateway developer, i have created many odata services V2. Now odata v4 has come into picture. My questions are,

1. is it possible to create odata v4 using segw?

2. if it is not possible then let me know the environments available to develop?

3. is it necessary to do abap on hana coding for odata v4?

4. is there any documents available for odata v4 queries, etc.
