Urgent -- QM - Material Specs / Task List - When to be used

Hi QM experts,

My project is a new implementation in QM and needs to be used in Production.

AS-IS process: In my project, we are doing external Inspection and the values are noted on a separate excel sheet. then a certificate is created seperately in excel and sent to the customers.

TO-BE Process: Those inspected values ie., all the 6 - 8 iteration / measured values (depends on the test), are entered in an Excel and then needs to be entered into SAP (Results Recording). And for few materials, only the Lower limit, Upper limit and Target values needs to be noted.

1. In Material Master, I have created QM view and used "04 - GR after production".

2. I have created MIC ( Master Insp. Characteristics) (Few Quantitative MICs and few Qualitative MICs).

3. Now I have a question whether to use Materials Specifications or Task List. (MS is used at client level and TL is used at Plant Level). But we dont have any W/C for inspection and how can I use Task List..? or should I have to use then in Production routing - Inspection Characteristics..?

Experts, Please advice. Good reward, for proper Step By Step process.
