Hello Mandy

It would help if you put in specific issue, so that others can help you better. For eg, what is COPA type used (Account based or costing based), what are the GL Accounts you are posting to (Do your recognize cost at the time of delivery or at time of billing) etc.

If you are using Costing based COPA, you may look at using T Code KE4W to reset the value of Value field for a specific billing type. Other things, could be not set the COGS GL Account as a cost element, though, from a business perspective, it may not be correct approach at all. In determining your profitability correctly, all the costs and revenue need to flow into COPA.

You may want to check the specific scenario with your business and be sure of requirement

Hi,

Please check your customizing in KE4I transaction. If you have mapped incorrect condition to value fields then you can correct it and then repost the SD documents. Please check COPA Wiki landing page where you find ways to analyse such issues and reposting of SD documents in detail.

Regards,

Abhisek

if you are using Costing based COPA:

1.Go to KE4i to check Value field assigned against condition type ZPRM.

2. Go to KE4W and assign billing type with above said value field.

if you are using Account Based COPA

Do not create cost element assigned against ZPRM condition type.
