Dear Experts,
I have an issue where I need to discontinue some material and exclude these materials from search results in SAP.
Is this possible?

search helps have exits, and here you add your own code to filter the result.
Alternative you can create your own included search help which directly selects only materials which are not discontinued.
All action to be done in SE11 MAT1 search help.
