thanks kumar, what you suggested is absolutely correct but this is only possible for CO11N.
How can i do the same for CO15?
Hi,
You can create separate parameters and the assign it to "Standard Value Key" . and then Assign it to Work Center. During Confirmation you will get an option to enter "Idle time".
