Hello all,
I got the task to look into the "Support Desk" - well.. I am kind of new to this world in SAP - have an ITIL / ITSM background a know server Support Desk Systems but not SAP.
I have the SAP_SUPPDESK_ADMIN Roll and I see plenty of menu entries in the Solution Manager 7.0 which deal with the Support Desk...
I'd like to do some reading first, unforunately I did not find something like a step by step guide at the Service Marketplace. May somone can point me to a good starting point to understand what need to be customized an how?
