Assistance on Finding information on Reports on the CE Server

We have 'several, 100's of reports on the Enterprise Server.

We would like to know if there is away to run a report that would show all of the reports currently loaded AND show which 'tables' are being used within those reports .................

That way when a table changes we don't have to wait till the report crashes to go fix it .We will know ahead of time how much work is ahead of us.

Please let me know is there is anything that can provide us with this information.
