Java Engine is not running

Hi Friends,

We have installed PI 7.0 (SR3). From yesterday, java engine is not running and we tried restarting the Server, but after restarting also java engine is not getting up. We are not able to trace the exact issue which caused the java engine to get into inactive mode. Please help me to resolve this issue, as our project is delayed due to this.
