Hi DMS Gurus,

Hav a doubt, pls. help to solve it out. If we use vault, to store files in file server, then all remaining configurations related to K-Pro or content server configuration should also be not operated on or what........

Hi Punam,

If you set secure storage area has vault for particular Document type, to store files in file server, then all remaining configurations related to K-Pro will not operate. Because The vault is an independent external data carrier that is used to store originals, and is monitored by ERP system. For originals to be checked in with Kpro to be done separately.

Hi Punam,

Whichever document types you have set for Content Server (KPro) can be used for Content Server storage only while configurations done for storage in Vault must be done in Vault itself.

configurations for Content Server cannot be used for Vault Storage and vice versa.
