Procedure dependency with change number not working

Hello,

I am finding one issue while I am using change number (ECN) for changing the Procedure dependency. The scenario is as below.

a) Created 2 new chars VC_1 (multiple value char) and VC_2 (single value char) with change number 201802 (valid from 1st Feb 2018) VC_1 has 2 values 1111, 2222 and VC_2 has only one char value BM.

b) Created Class with change number 201802

c) Created Procedure with change number 201802 to infer values 1111 and 2222 in a multiple val char when the single value char value BM is selected.

d) Created Config Profile with change number 201802 and assigned the Procedure.

When checked in CU50, everything works fine.

Now, I added 2 more char values (3333, 5555) to the mul val char VC_1 with the same change number 201802. Changed the Procedure by adding the syntax for these 2 new char values with the change number 201802.

In CU50, when I enter the single value char with value BM, the inference for mul val char is still showing only the first two values (1111, 2222) and the 2 new char values (3333, 5555) are not inferred. However, in the dropdown for VC_1, I could see all 4 values for the mul val char. I even put the trace on Procedure to check, but it shows only the first two char values.

Looks like the changes I made for the Procedure in the change mode with the change number is not working. Could you please help me in fixing this ?

Is there any SPRO setting or SAP note that needs to be implemented ?
