All work processes are used by the user SAPSYS

Hi,

we are facing problem during start of SAP ECC 6.0 IDES server.

All the work process are occupied by the SAPSYS user.

I was Apply SAP Note 1153975 -All work processes are used by the user SAPSYS

but it did not solved the problem.

Following is system kernel information

Kernel patch Level : 168

DBSL patch Level: 169

we are using 32 bit windows server and SQL server 2005.

Any suggestion ??
