An error has occured in the system SC2CLNT600 while copying the document

Hi Sap Gurus,

In our company (Chemical Industry) we have a CRM module too which is used by our agents/major customers through web login to punch the sales order.

In last six months, due to some problem some of the orders could not replicate into the R/3 system properly. The customers have re punched these orders (with a new order number) and we continue with our next process. But now want to DELETE those orders which initially could not replicate/distribute properly in the R/3 server as in the PENDING ORDERS REPORT in R/3 these order numbers keep on coming.

We donu2019t have any CRM consultant here and I (SAP SD consultant) was asked to delete them.

I used transaction CRMD_Order to delete but it gives the following error & Log:

An error has occurred in the system SC2CLNT600 while copying the document

How to solve this ?

I had gone through some of the threads with SIMILAR PROBLEM and tried with solution given, but it didnu2019t work.

PLEASE GIVE ME STEP BY STEP PROCEDURE TO DELETE THESE ORDERS.

Point will be rewarded to Everyone for helpful solutions.

Thanks & Regards,
