Migrating custom developments from ECC(Ehp0) to S/4HANA onPremise system

Dear All,

We have SAP ECC 6(its not any Ehp).

it has around 50 custom developments, i.e. Z objects, consisting of Ztables, Zprograms, and some enhancements via Badis.

We are now moving to go to S/4 HANA onpremise 1709 edition. We are opting for greenfield implementation. so have installed fresh installation of S/4 HANA onpremise on sandbox system.

how do we migrate/copy custom programs/ztables/enhancements from ECC(Ehp0) to S/4 Hana onprimise system.

we checked the tools, but our source system is not on Ehp7, or on higher version of SAP Basis component.

we checked the Note 1912445 - ABAP custom code migration for SAP HANA for SCI, the variants FUNCTIONAL_DB ,FUNCTIONAL_DB_ADDITION are not availble. so tried installing the Note 1935918 - Code Inspector Check Variants for HANA Migration , but we could not apply the note on our SAP Ecc, as the note requires BASIS component 702.

what are the recommended ways/tools to import custom developments from ECC(Ehp0) to SAP S/4 Hana sandbox system.

thanks,
Madhu_1980

In general, before moving your code to the S/4HANA system it is recommended to run the Custom Code check. You can refer to the following blog:

https://blogs.sap.com/2016/02/02/sap-s4hana-custom-code-migration-worklist/

If you are asking how to transfer the code and other custom objects I would just generate a transport with everyting you require and then import it on the target system.
