How to create one inbound delivery for multiple purchase order?

Hi Experts,

Please let me know how can I create one inbound delivery for multiple purchasing documents(PO or SA)?

Is there a configuration needed for this? If yes, please let me know the configuration to make this happen.

Hi,

my situation is:

- a WM managed warehouse, society A;

- a HU managed warehouse (without WM), society B;

- a purchasing process of HU from society A towards society B.

Society B have a scheduling agreement; when a delivery schedule appears, in society A born a sales order and a delivery. After the registration of the delivery good issue, an idoc transfer information for inbound delivery creation.

This process is ok without WM, but with a WM managed warehouse the idoc has the following problem:

"V51VP - item was not found - process cancelled".

Can you help me to transfer these HU?

I resolve myself. Using VL31N you can create one inbound delivery for multiple purchasing documents.

I have a scenario in LE

We have to create sindle shipment /delivery for single PO or Single shipping for Multiple PO....I want bill of Lading(BOL) Number to be used as input.I have to create 1 master BOL and multiple BOL?

kindly guide me thru this process

Hi Ganaphaty,

Yes you can create 1 inbound delivery for Multiple PO. You must configure in SPRO using t-code OMGZ, you have to thick the confirmation of inbound delivery to enable the confirmation to inbound delivery. After that try using t-code VL34. I hope it helps you. Thanks

I tried VL34, I got an error message, "maintain entries in T163L". Do I need to configure to have entries in this table? where do I do the configuration? Please let me know.

Hi

You need not have to do any setting in SPRO. Creating Inbound delivery is nothing but creating the shipping notification for a particular consignment. For that the transaction code is VL31N. Here you can assign multiple purchase orders for a shipment. Shipping notification is nothing but a unique number to identify the shipment that is to be imported. This number will be the reference number while clearing the shipment from customs.

In inbound delivery, "shipment" does not come in to picture.

"Shipping notification" is the term being used in the manufacturing industry. If you go to transaction VL31n you will come to know.
