Printer Driver and InfoView

I have installed locally the printer driver for [Epson Stylus Pro 9800|http://www.epson.com/cgi-bin/Store/support/supDetail.jsp?BV_UseBVCookie=yes∈foType=Downloads&oid=60322∏oid=55197367], which allows me to create wide reports. Since my reports vary in sizes, I created a "User Defined" paper size for each, and assigned a unique name to it.

On my Windows server where InfoView is installed, I have the same printer driver with the same user-defined paper sizes. When I generate a report on InfoView, I leave the printing-related settings to their default values, as follows:

Format: Crystal Report

Page Layout: Document Settings

Print Settings: None

The problem is the report is cut off. The paper size that I set for the report isn't being applied.

Another problem I encountered is when I changed Print Settings to Crystal Report and try to set the report parameters, I get this message: "An error has occurred: Object reference not set to an instance of an object."

Any help is much appreciated.
