Hello all,
Here is the scenario that I want to achieve:
Your business role is branch manager and you can create opportunities for your branch, but also you can create opportunities for other branches, but you can see only those opportunities that are created by your branch.
Can this be done, using only restrictions for business roles or...?

Hi Raivo,
Access restriction can be managed using the Access Restriction tab under Business Role Definition.
Explore this and you will see access can be restricted to have Read Only option too. Try to set the rules using your Sales Org for the respective Work Center and View.

Hi Raivo,
Let's say there are 2 sales units A and B.Now as per your requirement ,you want to give Write access for both the sales unit(A and B) and read access for only A.
This itself is a contradictory statement. Write Access by default will give Read Access for both the Sales Units A and B.
