Allocation Account not showing

We are allocating values in AP Invoices using the Intercompany tool but are not getting a list of GL Accounts from the Branch we are allocating to so have to type the GL account in instead. When we had a testing environment the list of accounts was available. I cannot see why they aren't in out Live environment

I have been given a fix for this

For one time synchronisation: click Sync on Company Details Accounting Data

And then: ensure Allocation Accounts Scheduling has been set up
