how to write SAP NOTE

I have a service userid and pwd and I am using the below link to write a SAP NOTE on a problem that I have.

Service.sap.com..>Help&support....>report a prduct error....>select a syatem? post a message.

when I click report a product error, I am getting the below message.

Currently you do not have authorization to use this function. To request the authorization,

please contact one of the administrators at your company:

What should I do to get the access ??

speak to the administrators of you SAP OSS accounts within your company to get the necessary permissions assigned to your account.

You will need:

Authorization objects

Confirm Customer Messages Installation

Create Customer Messages Installation

Maintain my Logon Data Global

Send Customer Messages to SAP Installation

Software download Global

These objects are maintained in service.sap.com so your admins for the online system needs to apply them!

i would like to think these objects are self-explanotry!
