Adding employees to Purchasing category problem in SAP Fiori

Please, if anyone has the same problem in SAP Fiori . when i come to the part of adding employees while creating purchasing categories (Create Purchase Category App), i cant find the employees already defined in my System??(See img below)

You need to open this under the community of the application as Fiori Launchpad is for general Launchpad issues and likely won't get an answer here. I'm not familiar with "Create Purchase Category", but there is Create Purchase Orders or Create Purchase Requisitions.
