We are facing a issue for the start date and end date in the interaction history assignment block of BP page.
Background is, I defined a date profile with customized Z_XXX date type for service request (complaints), the creation date I copied from the standard one, use the standard date rule. But the close date, we customized with the rule that as soon as the status is set closed we catch that date as close date and fill into the UI field automatically.
So now the start date and the end date is not shown on the interaction history assignment block of BP.
My question is is there a way to do some modification on interaction history side to let my date showed on UI. If there is a way, how to do it?
