Newbie! Help with Agent Assignment in Existing Worklfow

I need to set up a new Substitution Profile for a "Sickness Administrator" so I have done the following:

I have created a new Substitution profile "Sick Admin"

Then I have created a new classification for tasks

Then assigned the substitution profile to the classification

After that, I realise you need to maintain the agent assignment of the workflow task in question. E.g. if you use the standard Workflow for leave requests (WS12300111), you have to go to task TS12300097 and click Agent Assignment.

In the next screen, select the entry and click the button "Attributes". In the pop-up select the newly created classification E.g. "Z003 - Sick Admin". Leave it as "General task".

I understand this process, but the 'Classification' is currently set to 'Not Classified' do I need to change this to each one of the existing profiles e.g. 'Leave Request' and 'Special Leave'?

I can see my new profile here. "Sick Admin".

Or just leave it as is?

If not if I change to my new one 'Sick Admin' how does effect the existing Agents?
