Hi Shinde

There are 2 options:

Special Price - per BP

Heirarchies - per price list

Note that in SAP Business One 2007, heirarchies has been renamed to "Period and Volume Discounts". This is the better option as it can be applied to all BP's directly as a result of them being attached to a specific price list/(s). To do this select the function and then choose the price list on top to apply to. Then click on Add items and select the range/(s) you want quantity based prices for. Then on each line of items added, double click on the row number (gray area to left of stock code). This will open a new window where you can specify the date range that this price will be effective. Then double click the row number of the date range and another window will open where you can set the quantity rules for prices. Repeat for all item rows and then select Add.

Hope this helps

Kind regards

Hi,

You can set up Special Prices for this. Go to Stock Management -> Price Lists -> Special Prices -> Special Prices for Business Partners. Choose a BP and a Price List, then add the Items.

Now double-click on the item row for which you want to set the quantity-wise price, it opens the screen Price List Item Details be Periods. On this screen you could set up date-wise prices but in your case just leave it as it is and double click on the first row.

This opens the Special Prices - Hierarchies screen where you can set the quantities and the relevant prices for those quantities.

The drawback of this option is that you need to set it up for each BP separately, however you can use DTW to import these prices which makes it more easy.

Hope it makes sense.

Regards,

Nat
