Calling an IFLOW from SOAPUI leads to 'SAP HANA Cloud Platform' realm required

In our CPI we have an IFLOW for an external system frowarded to C4C.
C4C has ClientCert and CPI has client cert assigned to the user.
Whe I call the URL of the CPI IFLOW from SOAPUI I get a response like this:

• Tue Feb 27 12:01:55 CET 2018:INFO:xxx-iflmap.hcisbp.eu1.hana.ondemand.com:443 requires authentication with the realm 'SAP HANA Cloud Platform'
• Tue Feb 27 12:01:56 CET 2018:INFO:Got response for [_-FLS_-FM_DYNAMIC_CHANGE._-FLS_-FM_DYNAMIC_CHANGE:C4C via HCI] in 435ms (207 bytes)
  
  Inside the CPI SOAP sender system i can only choose 'Client Cert' or 'User role' I can't set 'Basic auth' to test it.
  
  How can I test our IFLOW ?

Dear Bodo

In order to test the HCI Iflow using basic authentication, you can set the Iflow sender channel auth mode to "User Role" and enable the basic authentication in the Externalized Parameters

And maintain the artifact for the username and password in HCI
