Update Tax return for tax Payable posting

We have run the standard Advanced return for tax Sales/ Purchases

Program RFUMSV00 for the UK

The program was run in Update mode, but the "tax Payable Posting" section was not entered in the selection parameter.

We have the totals so we can declare the values, but at the same time we would like to clear down the open items and make the posting for the balance to the Tax Payable Account "UMS"

Is there a program that we can run to update this?

We can post it manually as the tax accounts are declared.
