Hi, all

I want to create a configuration scenario in Integration Builder (Configuration).

After assign a business system, try to create a sender communication channel, but the Adapter Type filed has no values to select, and depicted as "Undefined".

What configuration I have missed?

You need to import SAP BASIS Software Component Version into Integration Repository based on your SP Level & XI or PI.

You need to download it from service market place.

https://websmp205.sap-ag.de/~form/handler?_APP=00200682500000001943&_EVENT=SEARCH&HIDE=&SEARCH_SPAT=...

In Search Term Enter "SAP BASIS <version> ".

Now click on XI CONTENT SAP_BASIS 7.00 ( if using PI ) -

> Database independent -

> SAPBASIS<SP Level>.ZIP Just save this file on your machine and unzip it.

Now put this in the import directory: \usr\sap\<SID>\SYS\global\xi\repository_server\import\

In IR, TOOLS ---> Import design objects and import it.

Thanks for everyone's information and help, it's great.

I imported the tpz file from the installation package according to your guides, and now I can select the adapter types.

Thanks again. That's why I like SDN, the response and fix is quick,

Hi,

Here you have to Import the .TPZ Software Component Version SAP Basis which will comes with Installation Package.

1. Copy XI3_0_SAP_BASIS_6.40_17_00.tpz to directory /usr/sap/<SAPSID>/SYS/global/xi/repository_server/import/

2. On your SAP XI host, call transaction SXMB_IFR.

3. Choose Repository (Design).

4. Choose u2192 Tools u2192 Import Design Objects

2. Choose the file /usr/sap/<SAPSID>/SYS/global/xi/repository_server/import XI3_0_SAP_BASIS_6.40_15_00.tpz

5. Import the file.

As said by Prateek, reimport the SAP Basis component.

Also check the Basis component is of the same SP. Ex: if you are uisng SP 22 (XI 3.0), then import Basis component of same SP.

Thanks
