inbound delivery

Hi,

I had created the inbound delivery & do the MIGO against the inbound delivery. But status of the delivery is not updated & no actual GR date updated in the system. And status is shown as still A (Not yest Processed).

And after GRN, in report vL06 it is still showing as pending for GRN.

But if i do the goods receipt directly from the VL32n then delivery status is updated.

But i want to update it from MIGO also.

Kindly do the needful.

Regards.

Dinesh

Hi, this is standard SAP.

According to SAP when inbound deliveries are used and your delivery item category is set up for mvt type 101, these should be received with transaction VL32N. If you use MIGO/MB0A instead the GR status in the delivery will not be updated. If you then report on open deliveries you'll notice that nothing is received in the course of time. Amazing. Now if you set up the delivery item category without the movement type your inbound will not even be GR relevant. Just one of these things that's nice to be aware of.

Check note 199703.

Since you mentioned Z table, I get a feeling some code problem at the back is causing the failure of GR. I would suggest a debug of the code.

Hello,

I don't think the status will be updated unless you do a post goods receipt of the Indound delivery.

hI,

NO,its not relevent to WM but i want to update my Z table at the time of MIGO as chalan number, transporter, package.

problem is with migo only. If i do it through PGR then there is no issue.Only issue is tha i am not able to update my Z table.

And if i do it through MIGO then there is no update of delivery document.
