unit of measure issue

My scanaio is like that, My material unit of measure is KG, but according to sales policy, they sell the material in different bag size which contains many no of material.but bag weight is fixed like 21kg, 42 kg so on. how to bring bag size while creating sales order

Dear Kumar,

I hope you can get this requirement through maintaining the alternative unit of Measure in the material master.

You just maintain like this

Base unit of measure is KG

Sales unit of measure is BAGS in material master

After that you click on addition data tab -->Alternative unit of measure here you can maintain

21kg=1small bag

42 kg=1medum bag

63kg= 1large bag
