SMS HTTP configaration in SCON

Hi,

i am configuring sms node to send sms. in the url part.. there are different types of variables like Recipient address, Password, Sender address, Sender name and message text.

in message server.. first screen i have to login using username and password.

in second screen there are three fields.. receiver no., sender no., and message.

here i m confusing how to fill the url part?

please help me...
