installation error 0x80004005 -corrupt .cab files?

I purchased and downloaded (twice) Crystal Reports 2016.

The installer appeared to download correctly however when i attempt to unzip the file 51052534_Crystal_Reports_2016_SP5.zip i receive errors indicating an inability to copy content.cab files with the error code 0x80004005: Unexpected Error

any ideas/suggestions?

AV was disabled prior to attempting to install.

I will attempt to download using another browser.

Looks like your download is still corrupted.

Try a different Browser and watch for errors, could be your AV software is removing part of it.
