ESS not visible

Hello,

I am using Netweaver Portal and facing the following problem.

In NW I am adding an user for ESS and add the ESS user role and the core user role to the user. Unfortunately the link for the Employee Self-Service is not shown up after relogin.

The user with the Super Administrator rights can see and use the Employee Self-Services in the normal way.

Which roles / rights are neccessary to see the ESS Tab in the NW?

Another strange thing is that all users have the data from a single user. This user configured the ESS.
