How are bugs fixed in a cloud system?

Hi,

I'm using a cloud version of hybris marketing now, and I was wondering how bugs are fixed?

In an onprem system you look for SAP Notes, or SAP makes you a note to solve a reported incident, but how does that work on cloud, you cannot just implement SAP Notes on there?

    Hi,

    For all the bugs reported by incidents fix are provided by the medium of hotfix collections.as per the SAP Contract. These hotfixes may contain single/multiple fix for bugs reported by you or any other customers and generally deployed over weekends or non working hours to minimise the business impact.
