ATC error: Gateway check - Find services supporting Cached Request Processing (CRP)

Hello All,

One of my customers is running into the below prio 1 ATC error .

ATC help document says "Classes mentioned within this message category cannot be whitelisted for CRP. The reasons might be:

• Not a SADL-Class (Message Code 'NOT_SADL')

• Not delivered to customers (Message Code 'NO_DELIV')"

How to determine if this is a 'SADL' class? Since this is already a customer object, I am not sure if the second mentioned point is applicable.

The class in question is in customer namespace (Z*).

What needs to be done here?

SCI is checking which all services can utilize the Cached Request Processing (CRP) feature (a performance optimization feature). For it to be used in a hub deployment, you need to set the micro hub flag as true and register the service in backend and gateway systems both. Also the Multi Origin Composition services will not work with micro hub. Please check if you can utilize this fetaure and if not then convince the customer why it's not possible to leverage the same and remove the check from SCI variant to prevent SCI from capturing the same.
