Install SSL Certificate for SAP Business One external browser access

Hi,

We have upgraded to SAP Business One 9.2 for new features and the browser acces in particular. Installation is OK, internal access for SAP Business one is available and external access is also available thanks to NAT/PAT methode. After the configuration we bought a SSL certificate and trying to add it in our installation.

- We used the utility "update_https_certificate.bat" to update the certficate, and after instalation, we faced an HTTP 500 error

- We uninstall the browser access service and reinstall it with the certificate we have bougth, but still not working

The doumentation "How to Deploy SAP Business One with Browser Access" gives general guideline but is not very helpful. Can you please support us on this ?

Hi, I'm trying to install a SSL certificate too but I didn't get it till now. Regarding the SAP documentation, the administrator guide has very little information and guidelines on how to request and install it.
