Problem in f-58

Hi ALL

my user is facing a problem while they post an entry in 'payment with printout ' in f-58

the amount gets triple automatically . suppose he passes an entry with 10,000 printed amount will become

30,000 automatically. plesae suggest what i have to do.

Check the logic of the Form attached to Payment method.
